尊敬的各位家长朋友：

大家好！

很高兴，我们的家长朋友这么上心，对我们的英语教学如此的重视。今年，刚带完一届毕业班的我，由于学校领导和同事的信任，家长朋友们的支持，很荣幸地接了这一届毕业班，担任四个班的英语教学工作。可能有的家长还不认识我，我先做个自我介绍：我姓吕，大家都喜欢亲切的叫我一声Miss Lv。

毕业的孩子们还有我以前教过的部分学生，他们的爸爸妈妈看到我也这么叫，我感到非常的亲切。

我们这届六年级的英语，一直由原来的张彤老师任教，Miss Zhang 也是一位非常棒的

老师，因此这届孩子的英语基础也是非常的不错的。小学阶段有4年学习英语的时间，我们的孩子已经完成了四分之三，所以，对于他们，已经有了很多习惯。

那么，当孩子们在知识难度增大，学习内容增多的情况下，还要重新适应我这新老师的教学方式，一开始肯定会有一些不适应。有的家长也很好，能够第一时间告诉我们的班主任相关情况。在开学初，我也一直努力去适应孩子们，在他们中间打听他们喜欢的上课模式以及对我课堂的建议等等。

我们英语课，一周只有3节课，相比于语文数学一周七节课来说，真是少的可怜，可是无论是期末考试，以后的中考高考，还是走入社会之后，我们又把英语作为很重要的一门科目的。

所以很多家长已经意识到了学习英语的重要性。英语，是一门语言课，语言课说白了，就是要不断地说，不断地重复，而且还得记和背，所以我经常说，英语好坏与智商无关，只要勤奋，多读多记多听，一定会有所收获的。这也就是我们有的孩子在课外参加了培训班，多少都会有效果一样，因为我们花的时间多了，自然掌握的就好。

那么，如何花点时间学习英语呢？老套套：听、说、读、写。

听：每天花20分钟，让孩子在英文的环境下，就算做着其他事，也让他能有个氛围。当然，认真听并跟着大声模仿读，就更好了。

说：就像牙牙学语的小娃娃，不怕错，只怕不开口，如果你的孩子在家里说了英文，无论对错，无论好听难听，作为家长，你只要一句肯定的语言，就够了，试着让孩子教教家长，他们会更有成就感。

读：学校朗读英语的时间，除了每周三节英语课，就是一个早读。所以时间很少，那么家长朋友们辛苦点，就算听不懂，也让他回家当家长面把今天学的课文读一读。

写：最难的就是写，这里的写，小学里暂且不说写作文，而只是简单的写写单词，我看我们这届孩子，会写的同学，刚这节课学完就已经会了，不会的同学，我有一次测试过，让他上来，把整个单词拼读出来都不会，如dog狗，D O G三个字母读出来，他都还不会。因此，背单词的时候，我一再强调，看看是没用的，一定要大声读出来，并且还要动手，边读，手边写，可以动动手指，或者拿笔写。有专家就说过：嘴上十遍不及手上一遍。

我对学生学习英语的要求有：

1、每天坚持读英语、听英语磁带。

2、坚持背好每个单元所学的英语单词。

3、坚持背诵每个单元的重点课文。

4、掌握好这个学期所学的时态。

5、按要求完成英语作业，有错误的地方要及时更正作业中的错误。每天的作业都需要家长签名。

6、上课讲评练习题或试卷的时候，有错误的地方要及时更正，课后要多复习，这样就可以有效避免再犯同样的错误，试卷需要家长签字。

7、有时间多找一些短文来阅读，提高自己的阅读理解能力。

8、找一些作文范文来读，每个单元的作文要认真去写，每天可以写几句日记，借此提高自己的写作能力。
