一、教材分析

本课是《新标准英语》（三年级起点）三年级下册Module 8 Unit 1。本模块以方位为话题，Unit1呈现了Daming通过阅读朋友留下的字条寻找自己的生日礼物的场景。本单元的语言功能是用介词in、on、under、behind描述物品所在的位置。义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是：通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，促进心智发展，提高综合人文素养。

二、学情分析

三年级的学生活泼好动，乐于参与活动、游戏及表演，所以要采用多种教学手段交替使用，创设情景，尽量利用实物、图片及课件等直观教具进行教学，激发学生的求知欲望。三年级的学生求胜心理较强，小组活动中，教师要引导学生真正做到互帮互助。

三、教学目标：

1、知识目标：

（1）能听、说、读、写方位介词under和behind，能认读单词box、toy和bedroom.

(2 ) 能听说句型It’s in/on/under/behind the….

2、能力目标：能使用所学的句型描述自己或他人的物品位置。

３、情感目标：通过本课的教学，培养学生的合作意识，教育学生不乱丢东西，学会整理好自己的物品。

四、教学重点、难点：

（1）能掌握、运用单词toy, box, bedroom以及介词in, on, under, behind。

能运用句型描述物品的位置：It’s in the box. It’s on your desk. It’s under your chair. It’s behind the door. It’s in your bedroom. 五、教学用具：

玩具、礼盒、PPT课件。

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warm-up 1.Greetings.

2.Sing a song “Happy birthday.”

New lesson. 1、learn Part Two . (1)T：教师拿出大明的头像说：Today is Daming’s birthday. （出示幻灯片）He has got a present. But he doesn’t know where it is. So, today we’ll help Daming find out his present.I know there are some tips in the cards.

The teacher plays the tape , let the students listen and answer the question on PPT. (2)The students listen for the second time and repeat. (3)The whole class read the text by themselves.

Step 3

Presentation 点读课文,学习新知

1.教师播放第一遍录音，要求学生仔细听，之后回答PPT中呈现的问题。

(1) Listen and circle “in, on, behind, under”.

(2) Listen and answer：

Where is the present? A.It’s in the box.

B.It’s on the desk.

C.It’s in the bedroom.

Practice and Drill. 教师用PPT呈现4张图片，让学生根据图片补充完成英语句子。然后用一个小chant进行总结，再提供一组图片同桌之间进行操练。

Read the text three times after class.(课后大声朗读课文3遍。) 2.

Draw a picture of your bedroom.

Use “ in ,on ,under, behind” to introduce your bedroom to your friends .(画一张你卧室的图片并用“in ,on ,under, behind”向你的朋友介绍一下你的卧室。）
