Show students a video of a TV show. Then ask students, T：Do you like watching TV? Ss: Yes. T: How often do you watch TV? Ss: ... ... T: What kind of programs do you

Step2. Presentation 1.

Show the students a group of pictures , and lead them to talk some TVs we know.

T: Do you know the sign of the picture? Ss: Yes. T: Can you list some like this? Ss: Yes, HNTV, CQTV,CETV... ... 2.Show students some programs, then lead students to handle different kinds of programs. Step3. Practise listening. 1.

Read the instructions of 1a, then finish it. 2.

Listen to 1b,then number the shows in the order we hear them. Step4. Dialogue practice 1.

Group work: Try to make a similar conversation according to 1c.

Step5. Practice. 1.

Listen to 2c, then number the TV shows in the order we hear them. 2.

Listen again , then complete the sentences of 2b. 3.

Ask and answer the questions about the TV shows in 2a. Practice it in pairs. 4.

Group work: Show students two forms ,try to discuss their feelings about different programs. Step6. Summary. 1.

Go through the programs and phrases we have learned today.
