一、教材内容分析：

本单元主要围绕Do you want to watch a game show? 这一同学们感兴趣的话题开展形式多样的听 说

读

写等学习活动，而SectionA(2d-3c)为本单元第二课时，本课时力求在第一课时听说的基础上，通过读写练习，学习了解新单词disscution happen expect joke comedy。熟练掌握句形：（1）What do you plan to watch tonight?(2) What do you think of talk shows?(3)What do you expect to learn from sictcoms?（4）Do you want to watch the news?以及动词不定式作动词宾语的正确使用：want to do; plan to do ; expect to do ; hope to do .并引导学生们学会讨论流行文化，表达自己的喜好，引导学生们形成正确的文化观念。

二、教学目标

（一）知识与技能

1. 学习掌握重点词汇:discussion, happen, may, expect, joke. 2. 进一步复习巩固运用Section A 部分所学的生词和词组。

3. 进一步学习运用所学的知识来陈述自己的看法；学会谈论自己的喜好。

4. 掌握动词不定式结构作动词的宾语这一语法知识；掌握后面接动词不定式作宾语的动词。

（二）过程与方法

训练法，熟能生巧法，通过练习巩固复习所学知识。

（三）情感、态度与价值观

学会谈论流行文化，了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜好。注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念，大力培养学生们的跨文化意识，形成自己独立的个性。 三、教学重点

1. 进一步学习运用所学的句型What do you think of ...?来陈述自己的看法；学会谈论自己的喜好。

2. 掌握动词不定式结构作动词的宾语这一语法知识；掌握后面接动词不定式作宾语的动词。

五、教学思路

本课可以从生活实际出发，询问学生喜欢什么电视节目，并进行回答，从而展开讨论。导入2d的教学，讲解2d。并以Grammar Focus 为重点和根据，完成3a-3c的教学。

4、教学过程

Step 1 Greetings Greet the students as usual. Step 2 Revision Do you know what kind of TV shows they are? Please write their names down.（ showing some pictures）

Then ask students what TV shows they like. And talk about them. Step 3 Role-play Role-play the conversation between Grace and Sarah. T:Great.Let’s look at the picture in 2d.They are Grace and Sarah Their classes are over and they are talking happily on the way home.Can you guess what they’re talking about?

T:First please read the conversation in pairs. Ss read in pairs. T:What are they talking about? Ss:TV shows! T:You did a good job! Can you match the persons with their favourite shows? Task3.Play a reading game. First teacher leads students to read2d. Then Explain some new words and main points in the conversation. Practice the conversation with their partner. Then let some pairs to act out the conversation. Step 4 Grammar Focus. Ask the students to read the sentences in Grammar focus and then do some exercises without referring to the book. ①

Remind them to pay attention to the phrases: want to do, plan to do, expect to do, hope to do…Finally give the students several minutes to remember them. Step 5 Pair work 3a, Ask students to read the conversation in 3a and try to fill in the blanks with right words. Then ask some pairs to read their conversations. Finally ask the students to read their conversations aloud. 3b Ask one or two students to read and translate the questions in the chart. Then work in pairs, ask and answer them. Finally ask some pairs to ask and answer. Correct the mistakes if any. Step 6 Make a survey 3c Ask one student to read and translate the phrases in the chart. Then work in groups, ask the questions and write their names in the chart. They can do it like this: A: Do you want to watch a movie? B: Yes, I do. Finally ask some groups to give their report like this: A wants to watch a movie. B wants to …. Step 7 Homework Write a report to state what kind of TV show they like to watch and say why. 六、教学反思

这节课各个环节，都能围绕教学目标展开，在背学生环节，准备较充分，关注了学生的语言表达能力，给学生以成功感，本课课件图片来自资料管理下载，对于学生的读、写练习有所引导。学生对于教师的提问，有较好的反应，也始终关注学生的学习状态。但也存在很多不足，如：课堂用语不够流利；在导课环节，略显仓促，不足以充分调动学生学习兴趣，课堂气氛不够热烈、活跃；在课练环节，由于时间关系，对目标生关注不够，没有走进学生，给与他们必要的引导，对于基础稍差的学生这部分知识的掌握，心中还没底，应在课后练习中多关注这部分学生，多对他们进行课后辅导来弥补这一不足。
