Careful Reading Work on Letter 1 Read the first letter together & answer some questions. Q1: What is Sad & 13’s main problem? How do you know? -> Read. Q2: How many people are there in his family? How do you know? Q3: How many problems does he actually meet? Q4: What is the first problem? -> Read. Which word can prove your opinion? Q5: How do you know they can’t get on with each other? What do they often do? Q6: What’s Sad & 13’s second problem? -> Read Q7: How do you know this elder brother is not nice to him? Q8: How does Sad & 13’s feel at home?

Read letter 1 again Fill in the mind-map Retell letter 1 4.
