一、教学目标

1.知识目标：

(1)能听说读认单词: family, dinner, New Year, the Spring Festival ,

Chinese, peanut, I see.

(2)能听懂并会说句子：Happy New Year !

At the Spring Festival

we have a big family dinner. We have peanuts and sweets.

2.能力目标：使学生能够学会表达新年问候及描述过春节时的风惯。

3.情感目标：培养学生对我国传统节日的认识，培养爱国、爱家的学习氛围，激发学习兴趣，提高将实际生活与英语学习的结合的能力

二、教学重点：

1.New words: family, dinner, New Year, the Spring Festival, Chinese,peanut, I see.

2.Sentences : Happy New Year !

At the Spring Festival , we have a big family dinner. We have peanuts and sweets.

三、教学难点：

1、掌握好Spring Festival的发音；

2、学生能围绕春节的话题进行谈论。

四、教具、学具准备：配套VCD、多媒体课件、单词卡片、实物。

Step1、Greeting.

T: Hello, boys and girls.(自我介绍)

Step2、Warm-up

(歌曲导入)

T：Do you like music? Do you like singing? . I’ll give you an Englishsong.播放歌曲《新年好》

Step3、Presentation.

1．T：What is it about? (You can say in Chinese.)

当学生说出“春节”，T：Today we will learn about the Spring Festival

教师示范Festival的发音，带领学生练习。

2．继续引导“The Spring Festival is the Chinese New Year.”Let’s say the chant: Happy New Year!(播放活动1的Listen and chant.)

3. Review some words about the food.

T:You are so cleve. I have some presents for you .

教师根据大屏幕上的图片，What are they?(生答) T：I like apples . What do you like ?

(学生用句型I like apples/pears/bananas/fish„.描述自己喜欢吃的食物,以旧带新引出单词peanut，词组have peanut)

4.学习重点句

T:Can you tell me ,what did you do at spring festival?

At the Spring Festival,we have have a big family dinner. family,dinner )

分解操练：由词到句dinner-family dinner-a big family dinner-句

Learn the text.

1.第一遍播放视频，回答两个比较简单的问题，初步了解课文内容。

2.第二遍播放视频,回答第三个和第四个问题，进一步理解课文。

3. 第三遍播放视频，学生跟读，模仿语音语调，对重点、难点词、句反复练习

Step5、Summary

教师利用卡片句型带领全班回顾总结3个重点句：

Step6、家庭作业

1、A:熟读课文B:用英语向家人或同学介绍春节。

2、收集其他节日的图画或者照片，并了解其风俗习惯。
