Everyone has his own problems, don’t worry about them. Encourage the students to deal with their problems. The difficult and important points:

Presentation activities: Warming up

Introduce a new “friend” to the students and lead in the sentences, ”What’s wrong?”

Let Ss read the conversation in the box.

Let’s play a game .Each group chooses one problem and write down the advice in five minutes. The group which gives the most advice to the problems will be the winner. Let students read the advice aloud. （设计意图：通过游戏比赛，让学生最大限度的给出自己的建议，不断练习强化语言目标。）
