2) 通过听力练习和小组合作，理解并能提出邀请并作肯定回答。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Lead-in

1. Greet the class and ask questions. T: Hello, everyone! My name is Wei Mingxiu. I’m very happy that today I can have a class with you. I graduated from Qinxi Middle School. When I was a student here, I often help my parents on weekends. What about you ?

2. Show some pictures to students, and try them to answer.

Prepare for the exam, meet my friends, have a flu, go to the doctor Ⅱ.New words.

Ask students to look at screen and explain new words,a tell them how to use it and make some sentences after class. Ⅲ. 1a and 1b 1. Pay attention to the instruction in 1a T: Just now we learn some phrases.

Now can you match them with the pictures ? S：OK. Give students several minutes to finish the task and check the answers together. 2. Read the instructions to students in 1b, and read the names for several times.

Play the recording for the first time. Students only listen. Play the recording a second time. Write the name of each person next to his or her picture. Play the recording again. Check the answers with the Ss.

Ⅳ.Presentation and Game 1. T: I think I get along well with you. So this weekend I want to have a party. Can you come to my party?

Then show three pictures to students. Explain What’s the meaning of the smiling face and the crying face. 2. Play a game with students, tell them if they refuse a person’s invitation, they should give some reasons to sat why they can’t go. It’s an etiquette to be polite.

Ⅴ. Group work

1. Help students form groups of four. Say, one of you is student A. Student A invites the other three students to your party. The other students say “yes” or “no”. Remember to give a reason. 2. Have the students work in groups. They can use the phrases just they did in the wheel. 3. Let some groups ask and answer about their conversations.
