【教材分析】

本课是本单元的写作课。活动3a是有关云南米线的填空练习，同时也可作为写作范例。活动3b是写前准备，先让学生思考，想出一种最喜爱的家乡特色食物列出食材。活动3c要求学生为最喜爱的家乡特色食物写一份食谱。3a提供范文，3b要求学生准备材料，3c落实到写。4则是写后任务，让学生自由制作疯狂食谱，巩固所学内容。Self Check 检测学生对食物制作过程的描述能力，包括正确使用表示序列的副词，区分可数名词和不可数名词，运用How many/How much 句型，以及用祈使句发布指令等内容的考查，是本单元的总结。我把它前移，放在Warming-up 部分，用它来激活本单元所学知识，为之后的写作做准备。

【教学目标】

1.能够写出自己最喜爱食物的制作步骤。

2.通过相互讨论，了解不同食物的制作步骤和文化含义，学会包容不同的饮食文化和爱好。

3.学会珍惜食物并懂得分享。

【教学重难点】

重点：描述家乡风味小吃制作过程

难点：中国传统食物与原料的翻译

【学生分析】

学生学***参差不齐，有的学生笔试较好；有的学生口语较好。有的学生表达能力强；有的学生表达能力弱。所以在本课中设计了两个小组学习活动。希望他们能相互协作，互相学习，取长补短。
