言能力、学习能力、文化品格、思维品质等方面都得以提升。（具体设计参见1.读能目标: 能从图片信息中, 获取制作某些食物的知识; 能从有关的文字材料中, 获取有关食物和食物制作的信息. 2.写能目标: 能正确写出各种食物的名称; 能以书面形式表达制作某种食物的材料, 用量及制作方法。
