三、Teaching methods:

PPT , multiple-media, video, pot, lettuce, rice noodles, chicken, meat ,eggs and so on. 四、Teaching procedures: 1,Warm up and lead in: Use a video about Chinese famous food to catch students' interests and lead in Yunnan rice noodles. 2. Writing competition: Let students write down how to make a banana milk shake and turkey in

order to review some relative key expressions of writing. Also, it's good for the writing later. 3. Fun time: use food magic box to attract students' eyes and show Yunnan rice noodles. 4. Group work: 4 students a group, finish the following tasks: Task1 How many steps are there and what are they?

Task 2 Write down these steps. Task3 Group show.(one will give instructions in English, the other will cook Yunnan rice noodles. 5.Analysis the group show and give the proper steps. 6.Exercise: fill in the blanks to finish 3a in book. and analysis the writing outline . cook
