一、设计说明

本节课通过师生问答，复习上节课部分内容；通过师生交谈、讲笑话学习生词，并导入新课，在教学过程中通过检查预习情况、分角色表演对话、分组交流探究、看表格编对话等活动，充分练习本课时重点内容；并且通过小组调查让学生之间增进了解；通过说唱形式归纳本课时重点句型，让学生愉快地巩固所学重点知识。

二、教学目标

1. 知识目标：

（1）掌握单词：discussion，happen，expect，joke，comedy. (2)掌握句型：“What do you plan to watch on TV tonight?”“What can you expect to learn from the news?”“What do you think of...?”及其回答。

（3）掌握语法：动词不定式在句中作宾语。

（4）运用所学句型谈论电视节目，描述自己的喜好，并制订个人计划。

2. 能力目标：

（1）学会运用所学句型描述自己喜爱的电视节目。

（2）学会制订观看电视节目的计划。

3. 情感目标：学会谈论流行文化，了解各类电视节目的名称和自己所喜欢的节目，形成正确的文化观念，培养跨文化意识，形成独立的个性。

三、重点难点

1. 重点：

（1）本课时所学词汇。

（2）动词不定式在句中作宾语的用法。

2. 难点：掌握动词不定式结构作宾语的语法知识，掌握后面接动词不定式作宾语的动词（短语）。

四、教学准备

1. 准备有关电视、电影节目的图片。

2. 准备录音机、磁带和多媒体课件。

五、教学过程

Step 1

Warming up & Leading in

T：Good morning，boys and girls!How many TV shows did we learn yesterday?

Ss：Seven.

T：What are they?

S1：Talk show，soap opera，sports show，sitcom，game show，talent show and news.

T：Great，thank you. What do you think of talk shows?

S1：I can’t stand them.

T：What do you think of sitcoms?

S2：I love them.

...

T：Now please take out your homework. Please report it.

S3：My mother loves soap operas. She likes news and talk shows but she doesn’t like sports shows...

Step 2

Present the new words T：Do you like jokes?（板书joke）

Ss：Yes，we do.

T：Let me tell you a joke!...Now look at the picture. It’s called Mr. Bean（《憨豆先生》）

and it’s a comedy. （板书comedy）
