教学过程

Step 1: Greet and Review 1.Say hello to class as usual. 2.Show some pictures to review the comparative forms and superlative forms. Step 2: Pre-writing--3a Look at 3a. Let students read the text and finish 3a. Then check the answers. Step 3: While-writing--3b, 3c Let students think about some of the best places / things in their towns, and state the reasons. Lead talk about it with the group members. Then choose a student from each group to do the presentation. Write a passage according to their work in 3b. Step4: Post-writing-- 4

Give students an example- Qingdao. Let them use these key words to make a new conversation. Then share their conversations. Step 5: Self check Let students use the rules to change an adjective into its comparative and superlative forms. Then check these answers together. Step 6: Summary We have reviewed how to use comparative forms and superlative forms. We also learned how to write a writing about a place. Step 7: Homework 1. Ask students to write their opinions with reasons about activity 2 of Self Check. 2. Revise the words and target language of this unit. 3. Finish off the exercises on work book. ◆
