T: First, Let’s do some listening.

[设计意图]播放十三课录音，通过听力填空的方式复习之前学过的内容，并学习本课中的四会单词travel, know, lake, hear。

Learn the vehicles. T: Do you remember the song we listened before class? Ss: Yes! T: There are many ways of traveling in the song. Can you tell me? (PPT shows the question: How can we go traveling?)

Ss: by jeep, by bike, by train, by ship, by car, by boat, by truck, by plane, on foot. [设计意图]：通过回忆课前所听歌词学习去旅行的各种交通方式，一个考察学生课前的准备是否充分，二来也可以调动学生的思考积极性。

[设计意图]：引出旅行的主要话题后，通过小对话的形式呈现本课学习的重点句型，同时让学生理解这几句话的问答关系，为后边的学习做好铺垫。

Show the map of China. T: Here is the map of China. Let’s go traveling together. But if you want to go someplace, you must finish the task about the city. OK? Ss: OK! 2.

Give some minutes to discuss in groups. T: Where are you going? S2: We are going to …

[设计意图]：通过超链接的方式展示中国主要城市及其所包含的一些著名景点，让学生完成关于城市的相关任务，然后再欣赏景点，这样既可以灵活操练学生本课所学的知识和语言点，还可以领略中国大好河山，能够生动形象地完成对学生的德育教育。
