一、教学目标： 1. 语言知识目标：

1) 复习制作食物的过程，以及学生们熟悉的粽子的制作过程。

2) 能够综合运用所学的知识以及根据所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。

3) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己所熟悉的食物的制作过程以及所需的原料。 4）通过完成Self check的中练习题来全面复习how much和how many的用法。 2. 情感态度价值观目标：

1. 通过制作食物的介绍, 培养学生的实际生活能力, 了解生活知识, 增长生活阅历, 培养实践操作能力和动手能力。

2. 通过食物制作过程的介绍, 让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易, 使之懂得不能浪费食物, 珍惜他人的劳动成果。

3.通过反复强调传统美食和节日，培养学生的家国情怀。

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：

1) 能够综合运用所学的知识以及根据所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务。 2) 能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己较为熟悉的食物的制作过程。

Ⅰ.Revision How do you describe a process? First,Next, Then, After that, Finally(At last) Ⅱ.Lead-in(设计目的：复习制作过程的同时可以引出下部分内容。）

How do you make a zongzi ?

A few days ago, we had a traditional festival-Dragon Boat Festival, and we made zongzi together.Do you remember how we make a zongzi?(show the pictures) 2.

Ingredients We need some glutinous rice, bamboo leaves and Chinese-dates. 3.

Process Wash the rice before making zongzi. First, put the rice into the leaves. Next, fold the leaves into a cone. Then, fasten them tightly. Finally,put zongzi into a pot and boil. Ⅲ.Presentation Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival, and zongzi is a traditional food. We know zongzi is for Quyuan at the beginning. 3a 1.Guessing game(设计目的：通过竞猜游戏，引起学生的兴趣）

Here are some interesting knowledge about food, let’s have a guessing game. 2.
