问候开启

Good morning ,boys and girls. Nice to see you. Good morning ,Mrs.Wang Nice to see you,too. How are you ? I’m fine,thanks.and you? I’m fine,thanks Today we will learn about the twelve animals. Are you ready? Ok.

谈话引入,直面生肖，介入句型 1) Do you like animals ? what do you like ? I like a . I like a dog. Because my year is the year of the dog. Whose year is the year of the dog?

2) What is your year, Zhang Xiaomin? Help her. My year is the year of the monkey.

3）Hello,Fan Yuyan .You are nice. Thanks. How old are you ? Hello,Mrs .Wang. Thanks. I’m twelve years old. What is your year? My year is the year of the rooster.

课件出示大公鸡。rooster板书拼读并强调发音。

This is a nice rooster. the year of the rooster. 鸡年。

课件出示龙。dragon板书拼读并强调发音。

The dragon is the fifth. 龙是第五个生肖（属相）。

把单词dragon，fifth的卡片组对贴在墙壁上。带读。

5）who is the first? In Chinese. The rat is the first. 老鼠是第一个生肖（属相）。

把句子The rat is the first.的词条贴在墙壁上。带读。

6）师生一起模仿牛的叫声。

出示公牛。ox板书拼读并强调发音。

我们选择ox， rooster来表示牛和鸡的属相。

十二生肖，又称十二属相，是我国民间特有的计算年龄的方法。它在人们的日常生活中占有重要的地位，对我国的民俗产生了很大影响，甚至关系到人们的婚姻、生育等大事。十二生肖是由十一种源于自然界的动物即鼠、牛、虎、兔、蛇、马、羊、猴、鸡、狗、猪以及传说中的龙所组成，用于记年，顺序排列为子鼠、丑牛、寅虎、卯兔、辰龙、巳蛇、午马、未羊、申猴、酉鸡、戌狗、亥猪。

十二生肖的英文翻译。鼠：rat；牛：ox；虎：tiger；兔：rabbit；龙：dragon；蛇：snake；马：horse；羊：sheep；猴：monkey；鸡：rooster；狗：dog；猪：pig。

大多数生肖只有一个单词对应。如：虎是tiger，龙是dragon,狗是dog等。但是有些生肖不太一样。比如说，在英文中，ox是“常用于干农活的耕牛”， bull表示“公牛”，cow表示“母牛”，calf表示“小牛犊”，因为在生肖中，既有男孩/男人，也有女孩/女人，所以单纯的母牛（cow）和公牛（bull）都不太合适，（ox）这个词比较合适，同理，另一个属相鸡的翻译是“rooster”，不是我们常见的cock(公鸡），也不是hen（母鸡），更不是chick(小鸡）。
