教学前分析：

本节课是第三单元第一课，主要学习几种动物的单词以及动物种类的单词，最后学生能讨论他们喜欢的动物。讨论的内容包括动物的种类，动物的特点及其它。针对小课题研究问题，在本节课的设计中要关注课堂活动的有效性。首先在学习新词时，不直接呈现新词，而是利用动物的特点让学生通过观察或听来猜测新词；同时学习新词不仅仅限于词汇的学习，而鼓励学生多说一些这些动物的特点，为最后讨论动物做好铺垫。生词学习完毕后，设计了一个选择数字说明图片的游戏，不仅练习了词汇而且调动了学生学习的积极性。学习完词汇，自然过渡到动物的种类学习。呈现动物的种类时，我先呈现孩子们熟悉的鸟类和鱼类，然后在呈现其他种类。遵循学生学习知识的过程。有了前面一定量的积累，后来讨论他们喜欢的动物时，孩子们就会得心应手。最后利用听力检测学生掌握知识的程度。

对于高年级学生来说，鼓励学生积极参与活动，并且善于和人分享他们所掌握的知识是很重要的。教学中注重学习知识的广度和厚度，不仅仅局限于学会知识。

教学反思

1、课堂活动设计形式较单一，不能让全体学生参与讨论；

2、课堂容量较大，没能很合理的安排时间，词汇学习练习练习不充分。
