Greetings. Divide students into 3 groups and let them say hello to each other and teachers. ★Step 2

Pre－task

Page 63，3a. 1．Have a brainstorm. Let the students speak as many kinds of food as they can. Have a competition about it. 2. Show the picture of Yunnan Rice Noodles. Ask one student to read the instructions and the words in the box to the class. Make sure Ss know what to do next. 3．Ss look through the recipe. For the first time, Ss just skip the blanks when reading. Then fill in the blanks with the words in the box. 4．Ask one student to give his or her answers.

Page 63，3b & 3c. 1.Read the instructions to the class. Ss each think of a favorite food in their hometown. Think how to make it. Then make a list of ingredients. Write them on the blank lines in the box. 2.
