English new course standard emphasizes to develop students’ communication ability. My class is based on the Task-based Language Teaching. It's important for teachers to give tasks in this lesson. Students learn the language through communication, activities and co-operation.

Ⅱ.The students The students in Junior 8 have learnt some fruit and drinks before. They also learn a little about imperative sentence. But they can’t keep their minds long focusing on one thing. So in class we learn the instructions by making the food by themselves. We do oral practice, try to imitate, work in groups and so on. They can learn English through all kinds of activities. Ⅲ

. The methods of teaching and learning English new course standard emphasizes students’ interest, life experiences and cognitive level. It also emphasizes to

develop students’ communication ability. Therefore, according to these, in this class I will use three main teaching methods as following: Task-based language teaching method ，Cooperative and communicative methods and multi-media method . The aim of learning English is let the students receive some moral education while they are learning. Students in my class will learn how to make a banana milk shake. The most important is that we can get a harmonious atmosphere in this class. It can stimulate their learning interest. Ⅳ.The teaching aids The real things which will be used in this lesson,

such as bananas, milk, blender and so on.

Ⅴ. The teaching process Step 1 lead-in

1.At the beginning of my class, I will let students to guess some fruits according to the key words. The students who guess the answer can get some fruits. 2. When the students guess the answer is banana .I will lead into this lesson . Step 2 Presentation and practice 1. Watch a micro class to learn how to make a banana

milk shake . 2.

Cooperative with one student to make a banana milk shake .I tell the steps ,she does .During this process ,teach the new words . 3. Let the student speak out the steps according to the pictures .Practice these steps over and over again .

Step 3 Group work

one step ,the other five students should write down .After this , choose several groups to do a report . 2.PK—the best group . Divide the whole class into eight or nine groups ,each group choose one box and finish the task in it .The group does
