八年级上册Unit8 How do you make a banana milk shake? Section B 3a—self check 一、教材分析：

本单元的主要话题是食物制作，要求学生能正确描述制作步骤并依照指示语完成步骤，能掌握并使用祈使句。本课时是写作板块，活动3a是有关云南米线的练习，同时可作为写作范例。3b是写前准备，先让学生思考，想出一种最喜爱的家乡特色食物，列出食材。活动3c要求学生为最喜爱的家乡特色食物写一份菜谱。3a提供范文，3b列举食材，3c落实到写，整个流程体现了学生在写作训练中需要锻炼的相关过程。

二、学生分析：

学生已经掌握了祈使句的使用，能恰当区分运用表示顺序的副词表达制作步骤的先后顺序。但描述食物制作过程中可能会对词汇的运用有些不熟练，导致有自己的想法而表达不清楚，需要老师的指导。另外，还有可能在写作时不能准确把握文章的结构，导致文章不够完整，也需要老师进行指导。

三、教学目标: （一）知识与技能：

1. Key words: first--，second---,then---, next---, finally--- 2. Useful phrases: cut up, cut into, mix up, put—into, add--- to, 3. Target language: It’s time to enjoy the rice noodles. (二)过程与方法：指导学生写作，总结写作技巧，通过训练培养学生总结归纳举一反三的能力

(三)情感态度与价值观：了解家乡饮食文化，教育学生能养成良好的饮食习惯，注重营养搭配，美食虽好但要节制，切忌暴饮暴食。

四、教学重点：阅读和写作

五、教学难点：能独立完整地创作一篇描述美食的文章

六、教学用具：多媒体，图片

七、教学活动：

Step 1 Lead in Play a video. Ask: What kind of food is popular in Yunnan. This activity can interest the students and lead in new lesson. Step 2 Presentation 1. Show a picture of Yunnan Rice Noodles, get the students to look at the picture and read 3a, find out what we need to make a bowl of Yunnan Rice Noodles. 2. Get the students to read 3a and fill in the blanks with the words in the box, then check the answers. Step 3 Writing 1.

Show another passage about Yunnan Rice Noodles, get the students to compare the passage with 3a. Then tell the teacher which passage is better to introduce rice noodles. 2.

Get the students to summarize how to write a good passage. 3.

Show some delicious food in their hometown, make the students write a passage , make sure they can use the correct languages. While the students are working in groups, teacher walks around the classroom and offers help when necessary. 4.

After writing, get the students to read their passages to the class. 5.

Put up the passages on the blackboard. This activity can give Ss the opportunity to use the target language in their writing. Step 4 Self Check Finish off the exercises This activity can provide a comprehensive review of key vocabulary and functions presented in the unit. Step 5 Emotion Some food is delicious, but not very healthy. Don’t eat too much. We need to have good eating habits.

Step 6 Homework Make up a crazy recipe and share it with your partner. 八、板书设计:
