hope动词，意为“希望”。常用于两种结构：hope to do sth.希望做某事；hope+that从句，意为“希望……”。

I hope to see your father as soon as possible.我希望尽快见到你父亲。

We hope that you have a good time.我们希望你过得愉快。

【注意】hope 后不能用动词不定式作宾补，而wish可以。

wish 常指难以实现或不能实现的愿望

动词不定式

1.动词不定式的构成

不定式的基本形式为：to+动词原形，有时可以不用to,这里to是不定式符号，本身无词义，动词不定式的否定形式是not+to+动词原形。

2.动词不定式作宾语

一些谓语动词后只能用不定式作宾语，常见的这类词是表示命令、打算或希望的。例如：would like(想要)，want(想要)，wish(希望)，hope(希望)，decide(决定)，plan(计划)，expect(期待)等。

Would you like to see a film this evening?今晚你愿意去看电影吗？

【注意】(1)有些动词后可加不定式作宾语，也可加动词的-ing形式作宾语，意思相同。

like to do sth.=like doing sth. love to do sth.=love doing sth.

start to do sth.=start doing sth. They started to read English loudly.=They started reading English loudly.他们开始大声地朗读

英语。

(2)有些动词后可加不定式作宾语，也可加动词的-ing形式作宾语，但意思不一样。

stop to do sth.停下来做某事（另一件事）

stop doing sth.停止做某事

remember to do sth.记得要去做某事（动作未发生）

remember doing sth.记得已做某事（动作已发生）

try to do sth.努力去做某事

try doing sth.试着去做某事

go on to do sth.继续做某事（另一件事）

go on doing sth.继续做某事（正在做的事）
