一．教学目标

知识目标：

A: What do you think of talk shows ?

B: I don’t mind them./ I can’t stand them!/ I love watching them!/

A: Why do you like watching the news ?

B: Because I hope to find out what’s going on around the world.

A: Do you want to watch the news ?

B: Yes, I do. /No, I don’t.

A: What do you plan to watch on TV tonight?

B: I plan to watch Days of Our Past.

能力目标：

能运用目标语言谈论对不同类型电视节目的看法、喜好以及安排。（preferences and make planes）

情感目标：

培养小组合作、竞争意识；让学生能客观的认识自己的喜好，养成积极乐观的生活态度。

二．教学重点难点

重点：运用目标语言talk about preferences and make plans .

难点：动词不定式做宾语

三．教学过程

Step1. Warm up

(强化section A中的TV shows.)

Enjoy a video(Mr Bean).

Review the TV shows in section A and learn a new word : comedy

[设计意图]：以video热身，复习上节课已经学过的TV shows的名称

,以旧引新，学习本节课的新单词comedy。

Step2.Pre----task

(巩固section A部分的目标语言：谈论喜好以及制定计划) What do you think of comedies?(preference) [设计意图]：继续以comedy为话题，复习巩固谈论喜好的目标语言，为下面几个环节做好知识铺垫。

What can you expect to learn from comedies ?(make plans) I think we can expect to learn some jokes.

[设计意图]：由谈论喜好过渡到本节课的另一目标语言：制定计划,复习上节课学习的不定式的用法，为下面几个环节做好知识铺垫。同时在问答中处理新单词expect , joke。

[设计意图]：引出本节课的题目，为进入正题做好充分的准备。
