一、教材分析：

本课的教学内容选自湘少版《小学英语》三年级上册Unit5 This is my family.中的第一课时。本课时的学习内容为课文Part A和Part B，目的在于让学生运用本单元的词汇和句型进行口语交际。涉及的单词有this, family, father, mother, brother, sister.主要句型是：This is my family. This is my father. This is my mother. This is my brother. This is my sister. 本节课主要谈论学生感兴趣的家庭成员这一话题，鼓励学生积极参与,大胆练习，激发学生学习英语的积极性，提高学生的语言综合运用能力。

二、学情分析：

三年级的学生，由于年龄小，又加上生性活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。三年级学生对英语是充满好奇的，好奇心也让他们对英语学习抱着很高的兴趣和热情，这对英语教师开展教育教学工作是十分有利的。三年级是小学生学习英语的基础阶段，这一阶段的重要任务在于激发并保持学生学习英语的兴趣。

Step 1 Preparation 1.

Enjoy the song --- Father and Mother. 【设计意图】一曲Father and Mother, 既能活跃课堂气氛，又能激发学生的兴趣，让学生迅速进入学习英语的状态。此歌曲中包含本堂课要学习的重点单词，为本堂课学习家庭成员做好铺垫。

Step 2 Presentation

Match the words and pictures. T: Please put the words in the correct box. 3.

Learn to read the new words: father, mother, brother and sister. Pay attention to the pronunciation of “th”

and “er”. Game 1: Make a hamburger. Game 2: Gold fingers. Game 3: Blow the balloon. 【设计意图】新课标提倡采用活动途径，倡导体验式参与，所以，学完新单词后，我让学生玩一玩简单的游戏，刺激大脑皮层进一步激活记忆，巩固知识。玩游戏既能锻炼学生的快速反应能力，又能让学生在玩中学，孩子们不会觉得枯燥无味，并能消除孩子们对记忆英语的恐惧感。

Let’s chant. Father, father, this is my father.

Mother, mother, this is my mother. Brother, brother, this is my brother. Sister, sister, this is my sister. Family, family, this is my family. 【设计意图】单词和句型学完后，我设计了一个chant, 让学生边拍手边读，使单词和句子变得简单和有趣。在节奏中，学生很快就能记住这些单词和句子的读音。

Let’s say. T: I have some photos of your family members, if you see your father, mother, brother or sister, please stand up and tell us. 【设计意图】在学生基本上能读出单词和句子后，我设计了这个练习环节。上课前我收集了很多学生家人的照片，在上课时出示，让学生感觉充满惊喜，一看到自己家人的照片，就能马上站起来告诉我们，这是我的爸爸，这是我的妈妈等等。

【设计意图】读完课文，我设计了一个小组任务。任务一是分角色给对话配音，任务二是分角色续编对话。学生可以分组选择其中一个任务来完成，既巩固了新知，又进行了简单的拓展，也照顾到了学生的个体差异性，还培养了学生的团队意识，我个人认为，课堂上的一切活动设计要考虑活动的目的性、高效性、层次性、趣味性，这样的课堂活动才是有效的。课堂上并不是游戏越多越好，游戏是要为英语教学服务的，而不单纯只是追求新颖，热闹。

Step 4 Production Let’s share. T: Let’s share our family photos, introduce your family members to your partners.(Then ask some students to come to the front and introduce their families to us.) 【设计意图】此处让孩子们展示自己的全家福照片，给大家介绍自己的家人，既巩固了知识，又能教育孩子们对自己的家庭有一种幸福感。

Step 5 Progress 1.

Let’s watch a video. T: When we are young, our father and mother are very nice to us. They love us so much. When they are old, we should be nice to our father and mother, we should love them! 【设计意图】此处教育孩子要和自己的家人互相关爱。
