成功之处：

词汇量是学习英语的关键，但是背单词却让很多学生特别的苦恼，而死记硬背的方式往往会事倍功半，在今天集体的单词讲授过程中我将单词根据发音拆分开，并且利用学生都相当熟悉的汉语拼音来讲解英语单词的发音，这种方法一举两得，不仅可以牢记单词发音和音标拼写规律，而且还能够有效记牢单词。

在具体的操练过程中我将3会的短语和4会的句型结合在一起，不同的组合反复读，反复练习。不断巩固，这样不仅可以记住3 会词组中比较难的发音，更能够牢固掌握4会句型。经过较长时间的锻炼，学生能够根据汉语意思说出完整的英语句子，这样不仅可以掌握只是还可以锻炼口语。

失败之处：1.课前准备不够充分，在具体的上课过程中引导不力，学生不太明白操练的技巧和方法。

2.不注重平时的操练，学生比较害怕发言。

3.对学困生关注不够。

改进措施：1.认真备课，多参考相关教辅资料。
