What activities do you like to do to help lower your stress? Order them [1-8] with 1 being the most favorite thing you do to lower stress. Explain the use of hang out.

Activity 1b. Tell your partner about your answers in 1a. Free talk: If your parents give you so much pressure, what should you do?
