Step1: Warming up and lead-in (3mins.)

The teacher and students review what have learnt in Unit 4 and then the teacher shows the pictures of some places to let students say their views.

Step2: Learning key words and the structures (5 min.)

Teacher presents some adjectives and adverbs to let students change into the superlative degree form.

Step3: showing and checking (13min.)

1. The teacher makes a summary about a good paper for students. Then the students discuss their writings in group and summarize the notices. The notices are following:

(1) We must notice “the”

(2) The main sentence

(3) Handwriting

Students discuss their paper.

Step4: Report: talk the good ways to write a good paper.

Step5: Exercises: Say sentences and make an oral writing.
