Module 4 Unit 2 Does Lingling like oranges? Ⅰ. Contents: New Standard English of Grade Three Module 4 Unit 2 Does Lingling like oranges? This lesson mainly deals with sentence“ Does ~~~ like ~~~? Yes,he/she does. / No, he/she doesn’t.

He/she likes ~~~ Ⅱ.Teaching aims: 1、Aims on the knowledge (1) To enable the Ss to understand and speak the sentences:Do you like~~~? Does ~~~ like ~~~? (2) Be able to use the words :orange,apple,banana,pear

2、Aims on the abilities (1)To develop Ss abilities of listening and speaking. (2)To train the Ss ability of working in groups. (3)To foster Ss’ abilities of communication and their innovation. 3、Aims on the emotion

(1) To foster Ss’ consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition. (2) Cultivate students' passion for healthy food is good for their health.

warm-up: Have Ss to read the verb phrases by doing actions after T. Football, basketball, table tennis, swimming, skipping,morning exercises,riding a bike Purpose: To let Ss enter the English class quickly by doing some actions. Step 2. Preview Play a guessing game. Divide Ss into two groups. Have Ss to guess “What is in the bag ?in limited time. T:What is in it? S1: It’s a football/noodles T:What’s this? It’s a football. I like football. Have Ss repeat:I like football. Purpose: Proper competition can arouse the Ss’ interest in English learning.

Step 3. Presentation

Have Ss look at the CAI and say:I like meat/fish/milk. ②

Get a student to tell his/her answer, then have the whole class read the

dialogue after the tape and check the answer.

T stick two sentences on the board, then have Ss to read after T.

Do you like meat? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t .

Does he/she like ~~~?Yes,he/she does. / No, he/she doesn’t.

Have Ss to listen and read three times the dialogue after the CAI.

④Have a student to tell the meaning of the sentences on the board.

⑤Have Ss to read in groups. Step 4. Practice ①

Divide Ss into groups of four children, have them practice the dialouge in groups. ②

Have some groups to act out their dialogue. ③

Get Ss look at the picture and describle he likes pears.

Have Ss to make a new dialogue in groups. A:Does he/she like ~~~? B:Yes,he/she does. / No, he/she doesn’t.

A:He likes~~~ ⑤

Have some groups to act out their dialogue. Step 5. Let’s chant Oranges,oranges, does Lingling like oranges? Yes,she does. She likes oranges.

Bananas,bananas, does Daming like bananas? No, he doesn’t. He doesn’t like bananas.

Step 6. Homework ①Recite the dialogue. ②To make a new dialogue and say it to friends. ③Interview parters: Do you like~~~? Does ~~~ like ~~~? Ⅶ.Blackboard A:Does ~~~ like ~~~? B:Yes,he/she does./No, he/she doesn’t.
