教师准备本课时阅读短文中涉及的电视节目的图片或剧照,如:快乐大本营,一些电视节目或者电影的小短片或多媒体. 教学过程

Step I

Revision Ask about the TV shows. Step II

Lead-in First ask students what TV shows they like.And then talk about them. Step III

Role-play the conversation (2d) First ask two students to act out the conversation and then make their own conversations.This step helps them to improve their oral English and speaking skills. Step IV

Grammar focus Read the sentences together and then help students to summarize the grammer.

Step V

Practice (3a) First show some sentences in 3a,and ask students to fill in the blanks with the TV shows words. Keys: watch a talk show;watch a game show;want to watch;a game show Complete the questions with the TV show words. This step helps students know how to finish the sentences,and grasp the responses to the questions. Step VI

Pair work(3b) Firstly,ask some of the students to say sentences using the given words.Secondly,ask others other to answer,Then ask each of the students to write questions.Ask and answer with a partner. One asks,the other answers,and then ask them to give a report.This step helps to train the usages of the usages of the present tense. Step VII

A survey(3c) The teacher first asks students questions;Do you want to watch a movie? Do you hope to watch a sitcom? Do you expect to watch the news? Do you plan to watch a sports show?
