①提问星期和日期用

What’s today..? 今天是几号，星期几？---It’s Monday the 14th. ②

单独提问日期，What’s the date today?今天是几号？

---It's May the fourth.五月4 号。

③单独提问星期, What day is it today?今天星期几？---It's Monday/Thursday…….

2.weekday 与weekend Weekday 指星期一到星期五的任何一天，前面用介词on. Weekend 指周末，包括星期六和星期日

3. tomorrow 名词，“明天”.Tomorrow is Monday. 副词，“在明天”I’m going to play basketball tomorrow.

Tomorrow 常与一般将来时连用。但在下列情况下除外：

1)在询问将来日期等时，多用一般现在时。2）在if引导的状语从句中用一般现在时。

the day after tomorrow 意为“后天”。
