【点拨】(1)one of... 意为“……之一”，后面接名词或代词的复数形式。“one of the＋形容词的最高级＋可数名词的复数形式”意为“最……的……之一”。如：

②Yi Jianlian is one of the most famous basketball players in China.

易建联是中国最著名的篮球运动员之一。

(2)one of... 可与其他形式互换。如：

one of my friends＝a friend of mine 我的一位朋友

one of the boy's habits＝a habit of the boy's 这个男孩的一个习惯

形容词和副词的最高级

1．形容词和副词的最高级的含义

形容词和副词的最高级用于三者或三者以上的人或事(物)之间的比较，表示最高程度，即在表达其中一个在某方面“最……”时使用。在句中使用时，最高级前一般要加定冠词the，副词的最高级可省去定冠词the。句中常含有表示比较范围的介词of或in短语。of后面一般接表示一群人或事(物)的代词或名词；in后面一般接表示单位或场所的名词。如：

①Tom is the youngest boy of us.

汤姆是我们中最年幼的男孩。

②Tara has the least money in our class.

塔拉在我们班拥有的钱最少。

③She sings the most beautifully of all.

她在所有人中唱得最好听。

2．形容词和副词的最高级的构成

(1)规则变化

1)一般情况下，单音节和部分双音节形容词和副词在原级后加-est构成最高级。如：

long—longest

clever—cleverest

fast—fastest

high—highest 2)以不发音的字母e结尾的，直接加-st构成最高级。如：

nice—nicest

cute—cutest

late—latest 3)以“辅音字母＋y”结尾的双音节形容词和副词，先变y为i，再加-est构成最高级。如：

heavy—heaviest

friendly—friendliest

early—earliest 4)以重读闭音节结尾且词尾只有一个辅音字母的，先双写这个辅音字母，再加-est构成最高级。如：

big—biggest

thin—thinnest

hot—hottest 5)多音节和部分双音节形容词、副词，在原级前加most构成最高级。如：

creative—most creative

popular—most popular quickly—most quickly 6)由“动词＋后缀­ing/-ed”构成的形容词，其最高级形式常在形容词前加most。如：

interesting—most interesting

boring—most boring relaxed—most relaxed

excited—most excited 7)由“形容词＋后缀-ly”构成的副词，其最高级常在该副词前加most。如：

cheaply—most cheaply

comfortably—most comfortably (2)不规则变化

有一部分形容词和副词的最高级变化没有规律，称为不规则变化，我们应牢记：

good/well—best

bad/ill/badly—worst many/much—most

little—least far—farthest/furthest

old—oldest/eldest 3．形容词和副词的最高级的用法

(1)序数词后用最高级。在表达“第几长(大、高……)”时，序数词后用形容词的最高级形式。如：

The Yellow River is the second longest river in China.

黄河是中国的第二长河。

(2)在表达“最……的……之一”时，用最高级，一般构成“one of the＋形容词的最高级＋可数名词复数”的结构。如：

Shanghai is one of the biggest cities in China.

上海是中国最大的城市之一。

(3)在表达“某人的最……”时，用“sb.'s＋形容词的最高级＋名词”结构。如：

Linda is my younger sister's best friend.

琳达是我妹妹最好的朋友。
